Maxvidel Limited partnered with the Center for Youth in Sustainable Development (CYSD) to strengthen institutional capacity in project monitoring and implementation across four South-Eastern Nigerian states.
The engagement included a comprehensive baseline study to understand current implementation status of ongoing projects, development of an M&E framework aligned with project goals, and extensive training programmes for both project staff and management personnel.
The project also facilitated the implementation of midterm evaluation recommendations and provided detailed reports with actionable insights to improve programme delivery and accountability.
