Business Development & Investment Plan Training — Ebonyi State

The Business Development and Investment Plan Training for Livestock Farmers and MSMEs was designed to strengthen the entrepreneurial and financial management capacity of livestock value chain actors in Ebonyi State.

The training equipped livestock farmers, cooperatives, and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) with the knowledge and practical skills required to develop viable business plans, attract investment, and improve the profitability and sustainability of their enterprises.

The programme focused on enterprise planning, financial management, market analysis, value chain opportunities, and investment readiness through interactive sessions, practical exercises, and expert guidance.
