The consultancy included baseline assessment to establish benchmark data and indicators, quarterly monitoring surveys to track progress against project milestones and deliverables, a thorough mid-term evaluation to assess progress and recommend adjustments, and a comprehensive final evaluation to measure outcomes and impact of all livelihood interventions.
